Estimator/Project Manager
Description:
Responsibilities:
• Review plans and specifications
• Review general contractor bids for opportunities to quote Division 10 items, such as, lockers, shelving, bathroom partitions and accessories. Bid/Win projects and project manage them through completion.
• Contact manufacturers for pricing of bill of material for the project.
• Prepare entire estimate including break outs and alternates , allowances and unit prices for review.
• Complete and submit bid package
• Attend any and all pre award meetings and walkthroughs.
• Compile submittals for review and approval.
• Field measure for correct installation.
• Oversee project installation.
• Additional job related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and general computer skills
• Ability to read blue prints
